Overview

An entrepreneur, producer and cellist whose interdisciplinary vision leads him to become one of the most influential consultants and lecturers in the fields of business administration, investment acquisition and management.

Mark occupies the position of Programming Director at NOACK Kulturforum in Berlin, and is a co-founder and CEO of Artemp Inc. in New York. Meanwhile he continues his performing and recording career as an artist of IBS Classical Label.

  • The success of his debut at the age of 9 at the Musica Mundi festival in Belgium and Chat el Ro concert series in France led to follow up engagements with concert series and orchestras around the world.

    Since than, Mark Prihodko has regularly appeared as soloist and chamber musician on the stages of Carnegie Hall, Moscow Philharmonic Hall, Suntory Hall, Concertgebouw, Bolshoi Theater, Berliner Philharmoniker and Alice Tully Hall. His list of artistic collaborations includes engagements with renowned musicians, such as Barbara Hannigan, Sarah Chang, Gavriel Lipkind, Tatiana Goncharova and Mahan Esfahani.

    He has led masterclasses at the Barcelona Conservatory ESMUC (Barcelona), Bilkent University (Ankara), Manhattan School of Music (New York), Tchaikovsky Conservatory (Moscow), University of Minnesota (Minneapolis) and the Republican Music College (Belarus).

  • Mark’s production career started with the launch of ARTEMP Collaborative Contemporary Art Festival in 2017. After a successful year-long pilot run in Minsk Belarus, it transformed into a production center of intercultural projects “Artemp Inc.” in New York City.

    With a broad range of production expertise, Mr. Prihodko has carried out projects, as varied as documentaries and commercial scale photo campaigns, festivals, books, academies, concert series, media companies, exhibitions, and cultural diplomacy platform commissions.

    By employing methodologies such as backwards learning, design thinking, and case study, the students are able to grasp the principle of the topic’s formation and its contextual co-relation. The interdisciplinary approach allows each student to understand the subject from various perspectives in historical context, enabling them to accurately apply newly gained knowledge into their lifetime work.
